Consistency in developing digital banking products, Bank DKI won another Digital Brand Awards from Infobank and Insentia Magazine. A total of 3 categories were achieved including for the Commercial Bank BUKU III category (Assets of Rp50 Trillion to Rp100 Trillion), Bank DKI ATM Cards, and Electronic Money. This award was given to the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in Jakarta (05/15).
Herry expressed his appreciation to all stakeholders, especially to customers who have used digital banking products and services. Not to forget, he also gave appreciation to the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, which has given trust to the Bank DKI as a partner in various public service work programs. "The support of Provincial Government of DKI Jakartaand also customers is our motivation to continue to provide optimal services to customers and residents of DKI Jakarta," said Herry.
A number of Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta's work programs, said Herry, have indeed received a lot of touches from Bank DKI's digital banking services. Not only serves as the manager of regional financial cash through the Cash Management System, Bank DKI also supports the digitalization of banking services in various social assistance programs such as the Jakarta Smart Plus Card, the Jakarta Elderly Card, the Jakarta Disability Card, the Jakarta Worker Card and various other social assistance.
The Provincial Government's social assistance program has become more targeted, timely and appropriately benefited from using Bank DKI's ATM products and JakCard Bank DKI. All Social Assistance Cards have a combo function that can be used as an ATM and Debit and JakCard. The Social Assistance Card issued by the Bank DKI is also integrated with the Provincial Government of DKI Jakartasystem so that various other subsidy programs such as Cheap Food Subsidies and Transportation Subsidies can be implemented on target.
JakCard can also be used as a means of payment for various transportation facilities in Jakarta such as Transjakarta, Jakarta MRT, Jakarta LRT and Railink (Soekarno-Hatta Airport trains). In the near future, JakCard is planned to be able to be used as a toll road payment tool. JakCard can also be used as a means of payment at various tourist attractions in DKI Jakarta such as Ragunan Wildlife Park, National Monument, Fine Arts & Ceramics Museum and Ancol.
Herry also mentioned that Bank DKI is currently integrating so that Jakarta Smart Card holders can be connected with JakOne Mobile services. With the integration of this service it is hoped that it will increasingly provide convenience for Jakarta Smart Card holders. By using JakOne Mobile, Jakarta Smart Card holders can make easy transactions of mobile banking, e-wallet, payment and purchase of daily necessities, checking accounts, storing proofs of transactions and updating banking services for Bank DKI.
The entire effort of the Bank DKI is a manifestation of the commitment of the Bank DKI to encourage the application of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta.
